Start Your Day Off Right

One very important thing every dancer needs, is a good breakfast. A good breakfast keeps you moving all day long.

Normally, if you thought of healthy breakfast, you might think of eggs, or a smoothie, or some whole-grain toast. But there is one thing, that tastes like heaven, and is really good for you. Do you know what it is?

GRANOLA!

I was reading Ballet & More, and she had posted how she has a bowl of granola everyday, and it keeps her pumping all day long. She has an excellent recipe for a granola "parfait". Check the Honey-Fruit Granola recipe out and then come back and see my own recipes!
